Little Pig, Little Pig, Let Me Come In!

The next unit we will be learning about is life on a farm and the animals who live there. The first animals we studied were pigs.  We read a fantasy book called Julius who was a pig that lived with a little girl.  Some of the pictures in the book had material framing the illustrations.  We thought it looked cool. Then we learned facts about real life pigs.  We wrote a paragraph about what we had learned.  We drew Julius and glued material around the picture.  It was great fun and they turned out very cool!
