Christmas Fun for Everyone

One of the most delightful activities we do all year is our Sharing Christmas Party.  Each child brings 24 small gifts to pass out to all of the kids in the class.  It is so much fun to watch them show what they have brought and then pass them out to everyone.  There is so much joy in giving and they are so proud as they are passing out their gifts.  It is pure joy to watch their little faces.  It is one of my favorite activities we do in the whole year.

 

The kids loved looking at what they got from each other.  One of the kids told me that "Giving presents is the truest joy of Christmas!

Must Be Santa

For her personal gift to everyone, one of our girls invited Santa to come to our classroom and pass out her gifts for her.  It was such a fun surprise.  Each child got to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas and they received a special gift from their classmate.  It was so much fun to watch and the kids were thrilled.
